October 2014 update

The updated version is on-line as of today.
I've had quite a few unsettled months so the various roll call notifications I received have slumbered at various locations, not always having been added immediately to the list. This means that I may have lost one or the other applications. If you would like your boat listed and have been forgotten, please send me a note. New entries are always welcome and I do try to put them in the Word file as soon as I can find a moment to do so. Same applies to changes or deletion requests.
