February 2015 update

Finally got around to updating the file and publishing the new edition.
I hope I've got everyone who asked to be entered in now. I also took the liberty of cloning the African & World championship results. Where the boats have competed in prveious events but changed hands in the meantime, I've attempted to keep the crew members in the order in which the corresponding placings in the "Remarks/comments" column are listed.
