I collected 48298 as a freebie from gumtree 2019, as she had holes and cracks in her hull, I repaired them over the winter and this year sussesfully sailed her to the Isle of Arran and back from the main land, a wish I had had since I was a wee boy, standing with my father on holiday in Corrie, and seeing a small sailing dinghy come into the harbour and camp for the night, must have been a very early member of the DCA....

RooMir in now living in Carluke, South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Fulfilling one's wishes in such a way is very gratifying!
Primarily, it's the personal experience that counts, not the reports and pictures. Nonetheless, if you do care to share stories about your past, present and future adventures, we are always happy to have them.
Battening down the hatches for Autumn, or are you going to follow the weather conditions on a week-by-week basis?
