Have you managed to sell your unfinished Mirror 14?
What state Is the hull? Is it complete and painted?
What rigging does it need?
I have M14 centre board mountings and a fully rigged mast and boom.
See my post 'Breaking Mirror 14 for parts' from June '24. Perhaps a whole boat could be made up.
